Gift Cards

The Post offers gift cards HERE.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay.

Orders & Shipping

We are unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it is in progress. These changes include Shipping address, product size, or product quantity.

Standard Ground Shipping (Fedex/USPS Parcel Select)

Orders with our standard Economy Shipping typically take between 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped from our warehouse. Orders shipped via standard shipping typically arrive in three (3) to eight (8) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. Economy Shipping cost is $7.95 for all under $100. It is FREE for orders over $100.

Priority Shipping (shipped via FedEx 2 day)

Orders with Priority Shipping are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via express delivery typically arrive in two (2) to four (4) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. Express shipping requires a physical address. FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Priority shipping cost is $19.95.


During sales or promotional periods, please allow 4-6 business days for your orders to be processed and shipped from our warehouse.

Please note, our warehouse is not open on Saturday or Sunday. If you place an order on Friday, it will be processed the following week.

The Post cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If this is the case, please reach out to the carrier to further investigate what happened.

Orders typically arrive in 3-8 business days after the tracking has been initiated.

If The Post website marks down the price of an item you've already purchased, we will gladly adjust the sale price at your request within 10 days of your shipment date.

The following terms and conditions must be met in order to receive a price adjustment:

- The price adjusted item must be identical in color and size

- We are unable to match order-level discounts, affiliate discounts, gift card promotions or shipping offers

- We do not offer price matches or sale adjustments on items in a flash sale

- Price adjustments do not apply to items included in Limited-Time Sales that are site wide.

- We will only make one price adjustment per item

- Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item

Returns

You can initiate a return by visiting our Returns Portal.

Returns are only available for full priced items if they are in their original packaging and condition without being washed or worn. The Post offers FREE returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 30 days of the orders original ship date. Orders placed November 19th-December 14th are eligible for returns to be processed through January 31st.Your store credit will be in the form of an E-gift card which will be available within 3 to 5 days after we receive and process the return. Each E-gift card will expire five years after the original issue date. The Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping. Each E-gift card will expire five (5) years after the original issue date.

Cancellations:
Please note that our orders CANNOT be canceled, changed or modified after checkout due to our quick turnaround and processing times.

Damaged or Defective items on receipt:
If you receive a damaged item, contact our customer care team within 72 hours of receipt. If the notification occurs outside of this window, we can no longer process the return. All damage goods require a submitted photo to be reviewed. Please include any damaged or defective areas in the photo.

Each E-gift card will expire five (5) years after the original issue date.

Returns are FREE during the return window.
